F!RST

The first educational activity called F!RST will happen in Tallinn, Estonia, from the 20th till 27th of October 2013.

F!RST aims to develop leadership and entrepreneurship competences required both for personal and for organisational growth in order to increase the quality of YFU programmes as well as capacity, visibility and impact of EEE-YFU’s member organisations.

During the training course the participants will:
· experience situational leadership and define their leadership style
· develop project/ event management skills, from planning to implementation and time management
· learn how to better work with teams, give feedback, deal with conflicts, motivate and create a team
· explore possibilities of entrepreneurial initiatives/ innovative projects
Participant profile: Volunteers and staff interested to develop further their team and project management skills, future or current co-ordinators of YFU activities / programmes, regional co-ordinators.
